The Community Health Centre is at Bathurst Base Hospital and offers free services for people of all ages in the Bathurst community.

The centre brings a number of free services together in one place, including:
- Child and Family Health, including breastfeeding support, parent support groups and child immunisations
- Speech pathology
- Audiometry
- Women's health
- Aboriginal Maternal and Infant Health Service (AMIHS)
- Aboriginal health education
- Continence and stomal therapy
- Counselling
